Used equipment may show wear, prior repairs, cosmetic damage, age, weathering, or signs of previous use. RTC Small Engines makes reasonable efforts to describe equipment accurately, but listings are not a guarantee of perfect condition.
2. Inspection Encouraged
Buyers are encouraged to inspect equipment, ask questions, review photos, request available service details, and confirm condition before purchase.
3. Availability and Pricing
Equipment listings, prices, specifications, photos, and availability may change without notice. Items may sell before website listings are updated.
4. As-Is Sales
Unless a written warranty is included on the invoice or bill of sale, used equipment is sold as-is, where-is, with no implied warranty. Any warranty must be written clearly on the sale paperwork.
5. No Guarantee of Future Performance
Even when equipment has been serviced or tested, used equipment can develop future issues. RTC Small Engines is not responsible for problems caused by misuse, neglect, improper fuel, lack of maintenance, commercial use, storage conditions, or normal wear.
6. Deposits and Holds
Deposits or holds, if offered, may be subject to written terms, expiration times, and refund limits. An item is not considered sold until payment and pickup/delivery terms are completed.
