1. Pickup After Completion
Customers are expected to pick up equipment promptly after being notified that it is ready. Invoices must be paid before equipment is released unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Storage Fees
RTC Small Engines may charge reasonable storage fees for equipment left after completion, after declined estimates, or after repeated pickup notices. Any storage fee policy may be stated on the invoice, repair authorization, or customer communication.
3. Unpaid Balances
Equipment may be held until diagnostic fees, repair charges, parts, storage fees, or other approved balances are paid in full.
4. Abandoned Equipment
Equipment left for an extended period after repeated contact attempts may be considered abandoned to the extent allowed by applicable law. RTC Small Engines may pursue available remedies, which may include continued storage, lien rights, sale, disposal, or other lawful handling.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for keeping contact information current and responding to repair approvals, invoice notices, pickup notices, and status updates.
6. Written Notices
RTC Small Engines may provide notices by phone, text, email, customer portal, invoice link, or other reasonable communication methods based on the information provided by the customer.
